Cooked the bokchoy with the left-over ground beef from our taco party awhile back. Clearing my fridge, so I’m using leftover vegetables too.
There you have it! Leftover taco meat with bokchoy aka Mexican Beef ala Bokchoy. It goes well with Jasmine rice 🙂
