So yes, we get get it. Vacations are important. But do they need to be a let’s-pack-our-bags-and-unplug vacation everytime?
While there is a time for that kind of vacation, a small mental vacation, like closing your eyes and breathing deeply or looking at a vase of pretty flowers while drinking a glass of water will give you a small boost in well-being.
