- 4-6 medium sized potatoes
- Sea salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Cut the potatoes into wedges (1/8)
- Spread on a baking sheet, making sure that all potatoes are lying flat on the sheet.
- Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil.
- Bake in the oven at 180F for 40 or so minutes until the potatoes look crunchy
- Remove from the oven, put in a container with the salt and thyme and shake shake shake.
- Serve while hot with ketchup
